01/09/01 Spoke with owner, Robert Grinager, regarding number of downspouts on 496 sq.ft. addition. Mr. Grinager indicated that he proposed to install four downspouts, each at the corner of the addition. Soil is composed of decomposed granite and should percolate water collected from downspouts with no anticipated erosional problems. Gradient of 6% is towards the rear of the addition.
