The construction type indicated in the project data shows Type V-N, fire-resistive. For Type V-N, a building may be either 1 hour or non-rated. Please revise the information. It is assumed that 1 hour construction is required due to the size of the building complex. UBC, Ch.6 3. Please include 1-hour rated ceiling construction (existing or proposed) on the reflective ceiling plan. 4.
