  1. Please submit proof that the Negative Declaration De Minimum fee has been paid to the Clerk of the Board as required by the California Department of Fish & Game.
  2. Please submit signed permit form for Commercial Development Permit 07-0406
  3. Please submit recorded Conditions of Approval for CDP 07-0406
  4. Five subject parcels must be combined and retained as single parcel before this project can be approved. Attached is a Declaration to Retain as One Parcel form, to be signed, notarized, and recorded with the Recorder's Office.
  5. Please provide evidence that the 20-foot right of way at the east side of the property has been abandoned.
  6. Please provide proof that a Construction Activities Storm Water General NPDES Permit has been obtained from the State Water Resources Control Board.
  7. Please provide details for the proposed exterior light standards to verify compliance with condition of approval II.J of  CDP 07-0406.
  8. Please revise plans or otherwise clarify how the lighting mandatory measures included on Sheet T-24.4 meet condition of approval V.A of CDP 07-0406, which requires a "2 or 3 tier light timing system, which turns off a minimum of 1/2 and up to 2/3 of all parking lot lights after business hours.
  9. Revise plans to clearly show the location and detail of required signs at both driveways onto Greenbrae Lane, per condition of approval II.A.6 of CDP 07-0406. (Private Road - Local Traffic Only).
  10. Please submit a plan to for the recycle and/or reuse of excess post-construction materials, per condition of approval II.I of CDP 07-0406.
  11. Provide Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District (MBUAPCS) Notification of Demolition and Renovation checklist as well as results of the asbestos survey of existing structures.
  12. Please revise plans to include the required posting of the disturbance coordinator 24-hour contact information, included in condition of approval III.C.3 of CDP 07-0406.
