Based upon a review of the plans submitted, District requirements appear to have been met, and PLANS ARE APPROVED FOR PERMIT.

 

The job copies of the building and fire system plans and permits must be on-site during inspection.

 

Automatic fire sprinkler work is a deferred submittal.  All plans must be submitted to Central Fire Protection District for plan check prior to beginning installation.

 

Upon completion of the above listed requirements please call the Fire Prevention Division to set up an appointment for an inspection.  You will be asked for an address and Assessors Parcel Number (APN).  A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE to the fire department is required prior to inspection.

 

Submit a check in the amount of $220.40 for this particular plan check, made payable to Central Fire Protection District.  INVOICE MAILED TO OWNER OF RECORD.  Other fees may be incurred.  Please contact the Fire Prevention Secretary for total fees due for your project.  Fire District fees must be paid and a receipt for District fees must be presented to the County Planning Department before Building Permit issuance.
