CDI - Application Status

Please note on plans “Trenching in the right-of-way shall conform to County of Santa Cruz Design Criteria including but not limited to FIG EP-1 and FIG EP-2." Include FIG EP-1 and FIG EP-2 on plans.

Please note on plans "Driveway to conform to County of Santa Cruz Design Criteria including but not limited to FIG. ST-6b - modified 5' planting strip." Include FIG. ST-6b on plans.

Please note on plans "Sidewalks to conform to County of Santa Cruz Design Criteria including but not limited to FIG. ST-4a, and FIG. ST-6b. Dowels shall also be placed at all junctions with existing concrete." Include FIG. ST-4a on plans.

Please note on plans, "Remove and replace all damaged sections of curb and gutter."

Note on plans - "Truncated domes are to be gray in color."

Note on plans- "Curb ramp to conform to County of Santa Cruz Curb Ramp type B - FIG. ST-8d." Include FIG. ST-8d on plans.

Work in the right-of-way will require an encroachment permit which must be applied for prior to approval of your plans. You may apply for an encroachment permit at the Department of Public Works, 701 Ocean Street, Room 410, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. Please provide 2 copies of your final site plan.
