Review No:1

1. Automatic fire sprinkler system shall be monitored by a central station fire alarm system. All units are also reguired to be protected by a automatic fire alarm system.

Please state on the plans the alarm system contractor shall submit three sets of plans to Boulder Creek Fire Department for a seperate fire permit prior to installing the system.

2. The existing (4) story building is required to be protected with an automatic fire alarm system.

Please state this information on the plans.

3. The existing kitchen hood fire system is noncompliant and is required to be upgraded.

Please state on the plan hoop systems shall be upgraded to comply with UL-300. Extingushing contractor shall submit 3 sets of plans to Boulder Creek Fire for a seperate fire permit prior to installing the system.

Plan is approved with conditions:

1. Owner shall contact Boulder Creek Fire pay all code enforcement fees prior to permit issuance.

2. Fire alarm and sprinkler contractor shall submit 3 sets of plans for seperate fire permits prior to installing or modifying the systems.
