                            Review No:1 1. An application for Unreasonable Hardship Exception has been submitted showing that several entrance doors, the route to altered areas and parking elements will be modified under the exception. The plans have not indicated how the routes to the altered areas are being modified. Please submit a contractor's estimate of cost for the work shown to modify the existing accessilbility features. 
2. Provide dimensions for the parking spaces and access aisles shown to be modified for accessibility. Additionally indicate whether these are new or existing parking spaces. If existing indicate what the new improvements for code compliance are. 
3. Sheet A3 indicates field welding for modification of the post base. Please complete two copies of the Special Inspection and Testing Agreement and two copies of the Statement of Special Inspection. Be sure to fill out all of the appropriate sections including signatures of owner, designer, contractor, and the special inspection agency you will retain for services. Note: Selected inspection agency must be pre-approved by the Building Official. Refer to the approved agency list.
