Review No:1Our records show that previous discretionary applications 95-0420 and 90-0105 were withdrawn prior to approval. Therefore, the Commercial Developement Permit in effect for this parcel is 77-504-PD. This permit authorized a restaurant/bar, and a 64 unit motel sructure, (among other minor facilities). This current building permit application seeks approval to "Reconstruct 20,200 sq ft 2-story apartment structure with 33 apartments and 1 storage room (foundation remains)." Because the apartment use has apparently never been recognized or permitted, a revision to Commercial Development permit 77-504-PD will be required prior to approval of this building permit.
