Based upon a review of the plans submitted, County requirements appear to have been met, and PLANS ARE APPROVED FOR PERMIT.

The job copies of the building and fire system plans and permits must be on-site during inspection.

Upon completion of the Fire Department requirements please call the Santa Cruz County Fire Marshals Office at 335-6748 to set up an appointment for an inspection.  You will be asked for your permit number and assessors parcel number.  A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS NOTICE to the fire department is required prior to inspection.

Plan check is based upon plans submitted to this office.  Any changes or alterations shall be re-submitted for review prior to construction.
