CDI - Application Status

Prior to construction, have fire sprinkler placement evaluated by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor.  Fire sprinkler contractor shall notify this agency of their findings in writing on company letterhead.  If alterations are required, plans shall be submitted for approval prior to commencement of any work.
