CDI - Application Status

On plan sheet C3, it indicates the (N) driveway is gravel (the portion within the county's right-of-way); however, on plan sheet C5, there is a driveway detail, which does not match the description on plan sheet C3.   The driveway is required to meet the County of Santa Cruz Design Criteria, FIG DW-5.  The current design (plan sheet C3) does not reflect the width to accommodate the radii, which is a requirement.   Please revise plans that reflect the County of Santa Cruz Design Criteria, FIG DW-5.

Please include details to address drainage along the frontage of this parcel and how it conforms to the existing roadside drainage pattern. 

No bubbler or pop-up emitter allowed within the County's right-of-way.

Once plans have been revised, please submit 2 copies of the civil plans, along with an Encroachment Permit application directly to the Dept of Public Works for all work proposed in the County's right-of-way, i.e. utility trench(es), etc.  Building permit application cannot be approved until Encroachment Permit has been submitted.
