EXITS do not meet minimum separation requirements.  Longest diagonal is 110 feet, 1/3 of which is 36.6 feet.  The calculated occupant load shows a requirement for the second exit which would require the exits to be repositioned.  However, by reconsidering your occupant load calculations, you should be able to reduce the occupant load.  Each fixed seat can conceivably equal 2 persons, while using 15 square feet per person in the waiting area.  Please review your calculations, to reduce the occupant load to the appropriate number, or relocate the second exit.
