Review No:1 1. The site plan submitted only shows EV parking. Provide a site plan showing accessible parking and paths of travel on the site. 2. Sheet A2 – There is an area on the Mezzanine floor labeled Retail/Lounge. Please identify whether the area is retail or a lounge. 3. Sheet A2 – New doors in new walls are shown on the plan. Please provide door sizes and types on the plan. Additionally, show how the door and hardware will meet accessibility standards. 4. Sheet A2 – Provide framing specifications and details for new walls. 5. Sheet M2 – Provide a Mechanical plan by a licensed Mechanical Engineer or contractor. As there appears to be an alteration to the system it shall meet the requirements of the Green Building Code section 5.410.4 for the occupancy for testing and balancing of the system. Also Provide Energy form MCH-1-E and MCH-2-E which are required to be incorporated into a plan sheet. 6. Sheets E2 & E3 – Provide a lighting plan that is designed by a licensed Electrical Engineer or contractor. Also provide Energy Code lighting forms NRCA- LT1-02-A, NRCA- LT1-03-A & NRCA- LT1-04-A which are required to be incorporated into a plan sheet. 7. Sheet P2 – The plumbing plan is required to be designed by a licensed mechanical Engineer or contractor.
