Review No:1

1.       Please provide two sets of plans that are stamped and signed by the responsible, state licensed, architect.  The plans routed to this department were not stamped and signed.

 

2.        Please include yes/no checks on page 1 of 3 of the NRCC-LT1-02-E form, where currently no marks are provided.

 

3.       Please show primary daylit areas on the plans, where daylit controls are required.  [CA Energy Standard   130.1(d)2.A]

 

4.       Please remove light fixtures from the schedule that are not shown on the lighting plan, Sheet E-1.  Also, the energy documents include fixtures R9 and R10, which are not shown on the lighting plan, but are noted “TBD” in the schedule.  Please locate these fixtures on the lighting plan. 

 

5.       Please clarify if new suspended ceilings will be installed as part of this tenant improvement.  Provide details if proposed.  [CBC 801.1.1 & ASCE 7-10,  13.5.6]

 

6.       Specify gypsum board thickness for finished walls on the plans.  [CBC 803]
