1. Two sets of structural calculations are required to have the cover sheet stamped and signed by a California licensed civil or structural engineer. The O-Calc Pro Analysis is not stamped and signed. [Business and Professions Code] 2. Please clarify the 59.29 mph wind speed used in the O-Calc Pro Analysis. The ultimate wind speed is 110 mph (3 second gust), with allowable stress design of 85 mph nominal for Santa Cruz County. Include risk category II, and wind exposure B in the design calculations and/or drawings. [CBC 1603.3.1.4] 3. Please include an analysis of the existing pole footing to verify if it will be adequate to resist the additional loading.
