1.   Both bathrooms will have to be remodeled to meet accessibility requirements if the cost of construction, exceeds the $147,863. 



If the project is under $147,863 and Safeway wants to document this, please complete the cost documentation form, available at http://www.sccoplanning.com/PlanningHome/BuildingSafety/Accessibility.aspx



 



2.  The accessible, single user restrooms, do not appear to have the 60" measured from the side wall, adjacent to the water closet, to the lavy. Please provide revised plans, unless the cost documentation form establishes that this is not needed.  [CBC 11B-604.3.1]



2. The multi-user restroom does not comply with accessibility, as the maneuvering clearances are not provided. Please include directional sign details that locates accessible restrooms. [CBC 11B-216.8]
