1. An Eisenwall cement plaster product cut sheet is included in the change order application. Please indicate where this product is proposed.
2. CTS Cement requires approved installers for the Eisenwall product. Please provide verification of approve installers.
3. A8.13: Please provide documentation such as an ICC ES Report for the proposed 90 MIL CIM Membrane. The report shall verify that the product is listed for the proposed application.
4. A8.13: There is a reference to detail 3/A8.2R. Please provide sheet A8.2R (2 copies) with applicable details.
