In order to determine which requirements apply it is necessary that the applicant provide the total construction costs for the proposed project. If this total is more than $147,863.00, all of the provisions of CBC 11B-202.4(8) will apply. If the total budget is less than the stated valuation threshold then the applicant shall apply 20 percent of the total budget to accessible improvements.
