Mechanical Plans



1. Provide mechanical plans for the exhaust associated with the coffee roaster. The roaster should be associated with at least a Type II hood.

Plumbing



1. Provide a plumbing schedule. Food preparation sinks, warewash sinks and any condensate/ waste water from food service equipment must be directed to a the sewer via an indirect connection to a floor sink

2. The proposed hot water heater location (present in the floor plan) does not appear to be adequate. All sinks must dispense hot water instantaneously and the unit is being proposed on the opposite side of the building from where the fixtures are being proposed.

1. Provide approved flooring with integral 4" cove base in the coffee roasting and dry storage rooms. Sealed concrete and wood base is being proposed.
