DESIGNER add appropriate NOTES and DETAILS showing this information and RESUBMIT
plans, VIA COUNTY, with an
annotated copy of this letter.
NOTE on the plans
that these plans are in compliance with California Building and Fire Codes (2013)
as amended by the Central Fire
Protection District.
NOTE on the plans
the occupancy classification as
determined by the building official and outlined in Part III of the California
Building Code.
NOTE on the plans
occupancy load of each area. Show where occupancy control signs will be posted. Appears that the occupant load for this plan
is understated because not all areas appear to have been properly accounted for
and the proper occupant load factors were not utilized. Also there are two different occupancy load
analysis’ which differ greatly.
SHOW location of

SHOW where the address
numbers will be posted and maintained, plainly visible from the street. Numbers shall be a minimum of six (6) inches

the building and fire systems plans and permits must be on-site during
inspections.

submittal of these plans, the submitter, designer and installer certify that

to correct any deficiencies noted by this review, subsequent review, inspection
or other source. Further, the submitter,
designer, and installer agrees to hold harmless from any and all alleged claims
to have arisen from any compliance deficiencies, without prejudice, the

Based upon a
review of the plans submitted, District requirements appear to have been met,
and PLANS ARE APPROVED FOR PERMIT.
The job copies of
the building and fire system plans and permits must be on-site during
inspection.
Submit a check in
the amount of $ 468.80 for this particular plan check, made payable to Central
Fire Protection District. INVOICE MAILED
TO OWNER OF RECORD. Other fees may be
incurred. Please contact the Fire
Prevention Secretary for total fees due for your project. Fire District fees must be paid and a receipt
for District fees must be presented to the County Planning Department before
Building Permit issuance.
Upon completion
of the above listed requirements please call the Fire Prevention Division to
set up an appointment for an inspection.
You will be asked for an address and Assessors Parcel Number (APN). A
MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE to the fire department is required prior to
inspection.
