Review No:1

1. Provide a detailed "Site Plan" of the shopping center and the location of the building to be renovated.


2. Provide a "Soils Report Update Letter" from the project geotechnical engineer that addresses the proposed project.


3. Provide a grading/drainage plan completed by a licensed civil engineer for review.


4. After the items above have been addressed, please submit an original signed/stamped "Plan Review Letter" from the project geotechnical engineer. Please make sure the engineer reviews all pertinent plan sheets with the latest revision dates.
