5. Please remove Building B from this plan set, as Building B is under permit application B-173461.

7. The allowable area calculations on A0 assumes separate buildings, which requires fire walls. Please verify the existence of fire walls between buildings that adjoin each other. Revise the area calculations if fire walls do not exist, and revise types of construction and details accordingly. [CBC 706]
8. Please include total areas of new or replaced structures on the title sheet. Include new or replaced for all buildings and tower at Building A.
9. Please clarify if a site wall is to be part of this permit application or if it will be under a separate permit. If it is part of this permit, please submit the plans and calculations in the next submittal, as indicated on Sheet C2.4.
10. There is an existing ramp from the sidewalk leading to Building K. Sheet SW1.1 shows a path of travel along this ramp. This ramp does not meet current accessibility requirements. Please provide plans to show how this will be rectified. The minimum length of landings in the direction of ramp runs is 72". It also appears the bottom rail or wheel guide (curb) is not provided [CBC 11B-405.7.4]
11. Please include complete dimensions for accessible parking, ramps, curbs, access ways, etc. or reference to details on A0.3 from the civil plans. Details that do not correspond to site conditions will need to be separately detailed with dimensions.
12. Please include manufacturer’s specifications for the lifts to verify compliance with CBC 11B-410.
13. Please complete the reference to detail on keynote 503 on Sheet A1.0. Provide the design and detail. The rail shall be capable of resisting a 50 lb. linear per ft. load and a 200 lb. concentrated load per ASCE 7-10, 4.5.1. [CBC 1607.8.1]
14. The roof plan on Sheet A1.0 references 71/A7.5 for both the roof drain and overflow. Only the roof drain is detailed in 71/A7.5. Please include specifications and/or detail for the overflow drain.
15. Title 24 sheets SE4, E4A, and E3P are not legible in BlueBeam Review. Please provide program compatible sheets.
16. Please include roof and wall insulation R-values and insulation types. Include specifications for roof assemblies to verify if vented or unvented condtions are proposed. [CBC 1203.3]
17. Please clarify if new ventilation systems will be installed under this permit. The energy compliance documents on TM2A, and TM2D include ventilation system designs. Include mechanical plans for these systems, as applicable.
