8/4/17 - R. Adams - Zoning Review comments (Rancho Del Mar shopping center - Commercial Development Permit 171027)

1) These Building Permits are pending the effective date of Commercial Development Permit 171027. The appeal period for 171027 ends today (8/4/17) at 5:00 PM.

2) (APP-171014 & 171015): Please submit site wall designs (Sheet C2.4)

3) (APP-171014 & 171015): Please provide a revised landscape plan (Sheets L1-L4) indicating retention of mature trees (other than the existing palm trees to be removed) as indicated at the public hearing with the Zoning Administrator on 7/20/17.

4) Please provide colors and materials sheets consistent with Commercial Development Permit 171027 in your supplemental materials. (APP-171014): If specifications are also to be provided on Sheet A0.2, then please include that sheet in your submitted plan set.

5) This building permit application does not include review or acceptance of the indicated signage. A separate approval for signs (including elevations of the proposed monument signs) is required as discussed at the public hearing with the Zoning Administrator on 7/20/17.
