1. Please expand the scope of work on Sheet A0 to include the work proposed with this change order/ tenant improvement.
2. Please include specifications for the new storefront window at space #60 in the schedule and/or details.
3. Please include door D7 in the door schedule for space #64.
4. Please include a plumbing fixture schedule for the new bathroom fixtures. The effective flush volume for single flush toilets or dual flush toilets shall not exceed 1.28 gallons. The maximum flow rate for lavatory faucets shall not exceed 0.5 gallons. Self-closing or self-closing metering faucets shall deliver a maximum of 0.25 gallons of water per use. [CPC Sec. 403]
5. The lighting controls shall be located in the same room or area with the lighting that is being controlled, so that the person using the lighting control may see the lighted area. Please revise Sheet E2A to show compliance. [CA Energy Section 130.1(a)2B]
6. Please match the restroom layout plan shown on the floor plan with the detail on A7.7.
7. Please dimension the clearance between the new partition (marked 571)in space #64 to the inside face of the exterior wall. Minimum 32" clearance is required from the end of the wall to the exterior wall. [CBC 11B-403.5.1]

Response: Added Door D7 on A6.1.
It appears that a second door D2 is mislabeled on A6.1 (bottom right of page). I can redline the plans, or please revise the plans.

Response: Dimmers are shown in the front room, and occupancy sensors in the back room/Restroom. Refer to sheet E2A, enlarged plan 2.
My original plan check comment should have clarify manual controls need to be in the same room as the lighting fixtures. I can redline the plans or please revise to locate manual controls.
