Review No:1 1. Please expand the scope of work on Sheet A0 to include the work proposed with this change order/ tenant improvement. 2. Please include specifications for the new storefront window at space #60 in the schedule and/or details. 3. Please include door D7 in the door schedule for space #64. 4. Please include a plumbing fixture schedule for the new bathroom fixtures. The effective flush volume for single flush toilets or dual flush toilets shall not exceed 1.28 gallons. The maximum flow rate for lavatory faucets shall not exceed 0.5 gallons. Self-closing or self-closing metering faucets shall deliver a maximum of 0.25 gallons of water per use. [CPC Sec. 403] 5. The lighting controls shall be located in the same room or area with the lighting that is being controlled, so that the person using the lighting control may see the lighted area. Please dimension the clearance between the new partition (marked 571)in space #64 to the inside face of the exterior wall.
