1. Welding and the installation of Hilti KB-TZ anchors require special inspection. Please complete and return two copies of a special inspection and testing agreement form. 2. Please provide a statement of special inspection from the engineer of record. The engineer of record may prepare his or her own statement, or use the county’s form at http://www.sccoplanning.com/PlanningHome/BuildingSafety.aspx . The statement shall identify the special inspector for each item that requires special inspection. [CBC 1704]
