1. The west wall has new openings that will reduce the lateral resistance along this wall line for shear walls. Please have the engineer of record provide analysis, based on the shear resistive construction available along this wall line. Revise the plans for any required lateral load resistive construction.

 

2.  Please provide energy compliance documents for the revised envelope due to changes in openings at exterior walls.  Requirements developed in the energy documents need to be identified in the plan sets.
