2. Please dimension a minimum clearance around the water closet on Sheet A0.03 plan view. There shall be 60 inches (1524 mm) minimum measured perpendicular from the side wall to the edge of the sink. [CBC 11B-604.3.1]
3. Please revise “min.” to “max.” at the dimension from finished floor to the toilet tissue dispenser on Sheet A0.03 side elevation. [CBC 11B-604.9.6]
4. Please include energy compliance documents for mechanical ventilation and distribution. The forms will also need to identify the required acceptance testing that will be performed prior to final of the building permit. [CA Energy Standard 120.1, 120.4, 120.5]
5. Please include power distribution forms for energy compliance. [CA Energy Standard 130.5]
6. The first and second items in the Mandatory Lighting Control Declaration Statements need to indicate “yes”, as they apply to this project. This is on Page 1 of 3 on NRCCLTI-02-E form. Please revise this form.
