Review No:1 First Review 2/20/19 1. Please clarify the proposed use of the building. An Initial Occupancy Permit is required for the initial occupancy of the building but it is unclear at this time if the proposed use qualifies. In order to process the Initial Occupancy Permit, the following items will be required: a. A program statement outlining the proposed use, hours of operation, and number of employees. b. A sign plan which clearly indicates the location, size, and number of signs. The permit for installation of the sign shall be submitted under a separate building permit. c. Please note that Initial Occupancy permit is a separate application from the current building permit and will need to be submitted to the Zoning Counter along with the appropriate fee. Please provide the above information prior to submitting the Initial Occupancy. 2. Please clarify why a shower is proposed within the second story bathroom. This area is considered "storage".
