CDI - Application Status

1) Level 1 Initial Occupancy approval required (under separate application) for this tenant space. The zoning review for this application cannot be approved until a Level 1 Initial Occupancy is obtained. Please work with TRC (landlord) to apply for Level 1 Initial Occupancy. 111 Rancho Del Mar is not included in the list of tenant spaces provided by TRC. Please provide a revised tenant occupancy chart with the Level 1 Initial Occupancy submittal.

2) Signs (submitted under separate Building Permit application) shall comply with master sign plan - one square foot of signage for each linear foot of tenant frontage (1:1 ratio).
