Please include the ratio of total sign area to tenant space frontage. 1:1 ratio maximum (LF of frontage to SF of signage) per Commercial Development Permit 171027.

The current proposal includes 49.3 SF of signage on a tenant frontage that is 35 LF. Even if the tenant space has additional walls/frontage, the LF (and allowable SF) are measured for each wall segment (to ensure proper sign sizing for the location where the sign is to be installed). Please reduce the size of the proposed sign to no more than 35 SF and resubmit the revised plans.
