Review No:11. The issued plans for the Rite Aid tenant improvements include mechanical plans by a different mechanical engineer of record, Joshua Enriquez. Please provide a transfer of responsibility form PLG250, located under “handouts & forms” at sccoplanning.com, or provide the existing engineer of record’s approval for the proposed change.
2. Please provide a revise roof equipment plan that locates and identifies the replacement RTU. Coordinate these plans with the issued set of plans for the tenant improvement.
3. Please include mounting specifications and details for the replacement equipment per manufacturer and existing conditions.
4. Please provide a review from the engineer or architect of record for the increased weight of the RTU and the capacity of the existing support framing.
