1. Please provide an existing floor plan that identifies room uses and any demolition work necessary.
 
2. Please identify exterior doors as existing or new.  New doors shall comply with minimum clearance of 32 inches.  CBC 11B-404.2.3
 
3.  Please detail new drinking fountains to include a permanent pedestrian protection elements per CBC 11B-602.9
 
 
4.  Please include energy compliance forms for mechanical alterations to include ventilation air and new ducting.  Revise “NA” mark on page 3 of 20 and mark acceptance compliance forms on 5 of 20 on the NRCC-PRF-01-E form.  CA Energy Standards 120.1, 120.4
 
5. The mandatory requirements for indoor lighting controls apply.  Please indicate acceptance form NRCA-LTI-02-A will apply on page 6 of 20 on the ?NRCC-PRF-01-E form.  CA Energy Standards 100.1, 130 through 130.5
 
 
6.  Please clarify the use, area above the storage room.  A pull-down ladder is proposed to serve this area.  Ladders are limited to serving areas listed in CBC 1011.16.1. Please provide specifications and details for a complying alternating tread device per CBC 1011.4, if applicable.  .
