1) Please clarify if this sign is an additional sign for Aptos Ace Hardware, or if it is for a separate tenant space. It is currently assumed that this sign is associated with the Aptos Ace Hardware tenant space.

If it is for a separate tenant space for Benjamin Moore, please identify the extent of the tenant frontage (in linear feet) and obtain a Level 1 Initial Occupancy approval for the tenant space under a separate application (please contact the property owner for guidance if this is the case).

2) Please provide a calculation of sign area for each proposed sign, and a total sign area for all signs for the tenant space (either as a separate tenant or combined with the existing signs for Aptos Ace Hardware). In the case of individual/channel letters, a rectangle measured around each portion (each word or series of words) of the signage shall be used for sign area calculations.

3) Please include the ratio of total sign area (existing signs plus proposed sign) to tenant space frontage. 1:1 ratio maximum (LF of tenant frontage to SF of signage) per Commercial Development Permit 171027.
