CDI - Application Status

This building permit application cannot be approved until conditions of approval I. through IV. of 191579 have been met and the Parcel Map for the proposed boundary adjustment/commercial condominiums has been recorded, and new parcel numbers, reflecting the Parcel Map, have been assigned by the County Assessor's office.

Provide a colors and materials sheet for the proposed office buildings.  From the perspective views it appears that the colors and materials have been changed from those shown for application 181579.  See condition of approval V.B.2.

This application for a building permit cannot be approved until Minor Variation 201277 has been approved and the Parcel Map as approved by 181579 has been recorded. 

All plans must match the final approved plans as approved by 181579 as modified by Minor Variation 201277. Landscape plans shall include the trellis. 

Please include the revised conditions of approval for 201277 into the Building set.
