1. Please provide structural analysis and framing plans for the support of added mechanical units on the roof and new location for the roof hatch.
2. Please include structural specifications for remodeled bearing walls to include wall framing and header requirements.
3. Please include manufacturer’s installation requirements for condensers mounted on the roof. 4. Please include accessibility details for clearances at hand sinks at the sundae counter and prep area. CBC 11B- 212.3
5. Please include energy compliance documents for the altered envelope for altered exterior walls. Include specifications in the plan notes and details to correspond. 2019 CA Energy Standards 141(b)
