Review No:1The new home and JADU are subject to Affordable Housing Impact Fee (AHIF) per Santa Cruz County Code 17.10. Pending final description of the proposed new home the AHIF is $10 per sq ft for units between 3,001-4,000 sq ft, and $15 per sq ft for units 4,001 or more sq ft. Final determination of square footage subject to fee to be made by Building Department. Review No:2Comments from first review are still applicable. Fees will be based on final project description.
