The neighboring property line is 5 feet further back. The Urban Local Street With Parking standard would call for an 8 foot dedication, but okay to provide a 5 foot dedication to match neighboring property.

Atypical house with 11 bedrooms, two way 18 foot driveway required. No direct access to parking space adjacent to driveway from County road is allowed. Parallel parking is okay as bumpout, can begin four feet within property line.
