Please obtain a Level One Change of Use for new real estate use in Building C, or please provide information regarding existing Level One Change of Use approval.


Increase in allowed signage of one wall sign per tenant and one small pedestrian oriented sign maximum 12-13 sq ft per SCCC Chapter 13.10.581 and Commercial Development Permit 07-0406 requires a Minor Variation to CDP 07-0406 and  Sign Exception to increase over-all shopping center signage.
