Based upon a review of the plans submitted, District requirements appear to have been met, and

PLANS ARE APPROVED FOR PERMIT.

 

CONDITION OF APPROVAL:  Address numbers shall be located where visible from the street, minimum six inches in height, and of a contrasting color to their background.

 

The job copies of the building and fire system plans and permits must be on-site during inspection.

 

Upon completion of the above listed requirements please call the Community Risk Reduction Division to set up an appointment for an inspection. You will be asked for an address and Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN).  A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE to the Fire District is required prior to inspection.

 

Submit a check in the amount of $737.76 for this particular plan check, made payable to Central Fire District.

Fire District fees must be paid and a receipt for District fees must be presented to the County Planning Department before Building Permit issuance. A $75.00 late fee may be added to your plan check fees if payment is not received within 30 days of the date of this letter.
