3. Please indicate on plans and documents, with Delta Revision Number and Cloud, that shows how each plan review comment has been addressed.
4. Prior to resubmittal, please ensure that all plan sheets and documents are signed by the responsible designer. If a licensed architect or engineer has provided design, a signed stamp must be on each sheet representing their work.
10. On Sheet A1.1. Verify that the occupant load for the plumbing fixtures is clearly identified as both the areas without fixed seating and those that are fixed as this will increase the occupant load. Also, please note that for the male restroom there is a requirement for a urinal. There is no urinal proposed. Table 422.1 CPC. 2nd Review Comment: Per response provided it appears that the proposed new/remodeled restroom does not provide enough space for the required urinal. It seems to me that based on plans provided there is sufficient space for the new urinal to be provided. Note, design is already taking advantage of the exception for both restrooms to be accessible. There is no exception to the requirement for the urinal in Table 422.1 CPC. I would suggest a meeting with the Building Official and see if there may be an opportunity for a waiver. Response: ________________________________________________________________________________ 12. On Sheet A2.
