Sanitation District Review Comments: No. 1Date of Review: 04-19-2022 Permit #: B-222178, APN: 033-141-55, Situs Address: 800 41st This review was based on plans submitted for the subject project entitled Flashbird Restaurant prepared by Anderson McKelvey dated 03-04-2022.
Corrections Required: 1.) Per Sanitation District Code Section 7.04.375 A.3, a sewer lateral video inspection meeting district criteria must be submitted for review PRIOR to issuance of a building permit. The video inspection must include the entire existing private sewer system up to the connection to the public sewer main. Uploads shall be made to County Sanitation’s cloud storage platform (box.com) See https://www.dpw.co.santa-cruz.ca.us/Home/SewerWater/SewerLateralResources.aspx for additional information.
• County Sanitation staff shall review sewer lateral video inspection submittals and issue comments indicating repair requirements. Defects requiring repairs must be addressed as a part of this building permit.
2.) Please resubmit revised site plans including any sewer lateral repair comments issued by County Sanitation staff (see plan check comment #1). Include the location of the required repairs on the site plans and notes indicating the details of the required sewer lateral repairs. • If no defects are found to be present in the sewer lateral, then this plan review comment shall be removed at the time of the next resubmittal.
