- The Building Official, Martin Heaney, has determined this to be new construction. Please completely revise and submit all documentation to show the removal of an existing structure and the construction of a new ADU. This means complete plans and supplemental submittal of revised architectural, engineering, energy or otherwise. Review to follow.
- Based on the determination above, by default the energy package will require a PV system for a new ADU along with any other requirements. Review to follow.
