Project requires approval of a Level III development permit for development on a TP zoned parcel per SCCC Chapter 13.10.372.

Discretionary applications may be submitted via the ePlan portal.  Electronic plan sets (.pdf) will be required. Please see http://scceplanreview.santacruzcounty.us/ to review forms and instructions under the DISCRETIONARY drop down menu.

In addition to the PLG-100 (application), PLG-130 (checklist) and PLG-135 (supplemental forms list) the following materials are required for discretionary permit applications.

• Plans and information required by the LORI.

Once you have prepared your plans and application packet, the next step will be to contact Discretionary ePlanReview (Discretionary.ePlanReview@santacruzcounty.us)  and let them know that you have prepared plans pursuant to receipt of an application packet and LORI, and that you are ready to submit plans and create an application.

Current proposal indicates two habitable accessory structures. Per SCCC Chapter 13.10.611 approval Level V approval is required.

Project requires approval of a Level III development permit for development of a residential use on a TP zoned parcel per SCCC Chapter 13.10.372.

Current proposal indicates two habitable accessory structures on many of the plan sheets.  Please update ALL plan sheets and inforamtion to reflect desired development.
 Per SCCC Chapter 13.10.611 approval Level V approval is required for more than one habitable accessory structure.
