Building Review Comments - Sheet A1: Please revise site plan as needed as it appears some sort of drafting error has occurred. All notes, scope of work, streets, locations of things, etc. Review to follow.
- Sheet A2: Please revise drawing 2 to show proposed cabinets (see 1/E1) instead of existing. Review to follow.
- Landscape and A1 site plans do not seem to show the same fencing layout. Please provide an overall site plan and coordinate as needed. Review to follow.
- Detail 11/A6: Special inspections are required. The project Engineer is required to identify applicable CBC special inspections for the project and submit a PLG240 form signed by all parties. Please submit the entire PLG240 form with applicable portions marked. If inspections are listed on the plans, please reference the plan sheet number(s) on the form. PLG240 is available at Forms & Handouts/Inspections.
