This information may be added under the Project Description block. Colors and materials must appear “in kind”. White doors and trim not permitted. No change to the size or location of the structures may be permitted without Coastal Development permit amendment with the exception of guardrail improvements to meet current CBC requirements. A note to this effect may be added to the Project description. For example, “The scope of the work involves replace of doors, repair, & waterproofing of existing private exterior balconies as well as the existing railings. No change to deck or door dimensions.
