APP-231011 APN 05451101  Zoning First Review

Please provide/ clarify the following information:

Correct the APN on the application.  Unit # 403 APN is 05453101.  Unit # 408 APN is 05453106.  Common area APN should not be utilized for site specific unit development.

On the cover sheet (A-00.10) please clearly indicate the specific unit # and APN corresponding to the information on the application (PLG-200) as indicated above.  This information may be added under the Project Description block.

Colors and materials must appear “in kind”.  White doors and trim not permitted. No change to the size or location of the structures may be permitted without Coastal Development permit amendment with the exception of guardrail improvements to meet current CBC requirements.  A note to this effect may be added to the Project description.  For example, “The scope of the work involves replace of doors, repair, & waterproofing of existing private exterior balconies as well as the existing railings.  No change to deck or door dimensions.  All colors and materials to match existing.”

Responses must include an annotated copy of these comments and indicate the specific sheet/drawing numbers where revisions are located.

Be sure to clearly respond to all correction as requested comments upon resubmittal.  Additional fees apply to each review beyond the first two.
