1. Please provide updated energy documents which reflect the new mechanical equipment and changes in glazing.
2. Please specify hydronic or other products for heat distribution from the new boiler.
3. Please identify which models of the boil system are proposed to verify minimum gas pipe sizing.
4. Please provide a gas line schematic that indicates BTU values of all existing and proposed gas appliances, the developed length from the gas meter to each appliance outlet, the minimum pipe size and the proposed gas pipe material. CPC 1215.0 and Table 1215.2(1)
5. Please note on the plans that due to the curbless shower the bathroom floor will require waterproofing.
6. Please note on the plans that a loop vent will be required at the island sink in the kitchen.
7. I-4: Foundation vents are not permitted at the common wall between the garage and residence. Please remove.
