Review No:2Plan check comments:1) The current application form PLG-200 scope of work states only the (N) PV. The proposed plan set shows (N) ESS to be included with the (N) PV. Re-submit form PLG-200 with a revised scope of work to include both the (N)) PV & (N) ESS.2) Per the re-submittal letter statement there was to be included a (N) elevation detail for the required ESS 3' separation or a fire testing report to comply with the minimum Code fire rating separation per product listing. No new detail plan sheet is included in either the original set and no (N) sets were submitted. Re-submit the plan set with the elevation detail for the required ESS 3' separation between units or provide the unit fire rating testing to allow separation at less than 3' between ESS units.3) For the required Heat detector statement, revise sheet A-1, Cover Sheet, Smoke Alarm Notes, to include the statement for the required heat alarm in the garage for the proposed ESS. 2022 R328.7 Fire Detection (Heat alarms are not smoke detectors)Plan Check Comments
