6 new one-bedroom modular dwelling units receive 2023 Measure J allocation.

The conversion of an existing motel property with one existing single-family home and 10 motel cabins in a commercial "Visitor Accommodations" (VA) zone district into a 20 unit "Homekey" permanent supportive housing project funded by CA Homekey Program (AB140 of 2021). The project includes installation of six new one-bedroom modular dwelling units on the site. The existing three car garage would be remodeled into three additional dwelling units, a leasing office, and laundry facilities. The project also includes improvements and upgrades to 10 existing cabins, an existing single-family home, septic system, PG&E service, ADA compliance, and new site retaining walls. Requires a DRG. Property located at 8705 Hwy 9 in Ben Lomond.
