Note to DPW Encroachments staff (not for applicant): driveway encroachment only


Comments:

1. The Master Plan of County Bikeways in the General Plan shows a bicycle lane along East Cliff Drive and bicycle lanes are also shown in a Preliminary Concept Plan on file with plan lines. The driveway reconstruction design shall accommodate a five-foot shoulder for bicycle lane at 2% slope.  The shoulder can be measured from the existing edge line.

2. Work in County right of way will require inspection by DPW Encroachments. Contact DPW Encroachments before beginning work once BP/EP approved.
