1. Please clarify if there is a CASP report for this project. Please provide the report if one exists.



2. Please add the special inspection to the bookmarks in supplemental file.



3. G0.1: Please indicate that the proposed six (6) modular units are a deferred submittal of provide installation information for the units at this time.



4. G0.1: The cabins appear to be a conversion from R-1 (motel) to an R-3 (one family dwelling unit). Please update the Project Data section to reflect the change in occupancy.



5. A0.3: Please note that the entire bathroom floor at the ground floor units shall be waterproofed due to the role-in shower.



6. A1.1: Please note on the plans that a minimum class A roof is required for all replacement roofs and repairs greater than 50% of the roof area. CRC 337.5.1, CRC R902.1.1



7. A1.4: Please clarify if the existing decks are being replaced for cabins 7 – 10.



8. A1.11: Note 11.26. The sheet note indicates both the FCU and 2 x 4 wall framing. Please clarify.



9. A1.11: The window note on A6.2 indicates window 107 meets egress. The 3-10 slider does not have a clear width of 3-6 as indicated. Please edit. The family room is not permitted as a bedroom without an egress window.



10. Please indicate insulation R-values in sections or indicate as typical all units on at least one section.



11. Please note on the plans that siding replacement more than 100sq.ft per structure shall meet WUI requirements. Please detail a WUI replacement assembly as applicable. County Code 12.10.220(F)



12. Roof gutters shall be provided with the means to prevent the accumulation of leaves and debris in the gutter. Please detail. CRC R337.5.4, CBC 705A.4



13. Energy Documents: The energy documents indicate natural gas is available. The site has propane. Please update documents.



14. A6.3: Please indicate how the fiberglass exterior doors meet WUI requirements. CBC 708A.3



15. M2.1: Note 6. Screens are not permitted for the range hood outlet, backdraft dampers only. Please edit the note on all applicable sheets.



16. M2.1: Note 7. Bath fan backdraft dampers are typical at the unit. Screens at the outlet shall be ¼ inch or larger. Please edit the note on all applicable sheets.



17. M2.8: Screen not permitted on dryer vent. Please edit the note on all applicable sheets.



18. E5.10: The electrical panel schedule indicates electrical car chargers. Please locate the car charging locations on the site plan.



19. P2.0: Please provide the developed length from the propane tank regulator to the generator. Please indicate the BTU value of the generator to verify the minimum pipe size. CPC 1215.0 and Table 1215.2(27).



20. P2.0: Please indicate the distance from the proposed generator to the property line and the neighboring residence on Sweet Pea Ln. to determine whether sound attenuation is required. SC County Code 13.15.050(B)

2. Please make a general note for cabins 7 -10 that approximately 50 % of the structural framing and foundation for the existing decks will be replaced.

3. A6.2: Window 107 is designated Yes for egress. Please update the designation to No for the family room window.

1. Application B-232109 to convert a portion of the main residence (Unit 11) to an ADU has been withdrawn. Please update the scope of work on form PLG-200 to reflect the change.

2. Please update the plan sheets Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical to reflect the withdrawn ADU.
